Welcome to Burstow School, which aims to bring out the best in all its pupils. Our team want all our children to be happy and successful during their time here. We strive to provide a secure and caring environment in which each individual child can fulfill his or her own potential.

As prospective parents, current parents and members of the local community we hope you will find the information on this website helpful and informative and that it will stimulate an active interest in the work of the school.

Burstow School caters for children between the ages of 4 and 11 years. We are a primary school of just over 280 pupils with two classes in the majority of year groups. Facilities include a large hall, two playing fields, a pavilion, an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious early years setting, a new computer suite, a dedicated music room and a learning zone.

Many of our children in KS2 take part in our residential programme, where years 3 and 4 visit The Isle of Wight and years 5 and 6 spend five days in France. We have many school clubs and we also provide provision for community activities such as Karate.

Parents and carers are most welcome to visit the school to see our children in our enthusiastic learning environment.
